Last week, we had a chili cook-off charity fundraiser at work. A colleague who is a bit of an epicure brought some otherworldly chili the likes of which I’ve never tasted. I decided to reverse engineer his recipe. The unusual ingredients:
- pork (not ground)
- black beans
- squash
- sweet potato
- cilantro
Since it had cilantro, I figured it should have lime juice as well!
I can’t say whose was better…they were both excellent!
